🛍️ Product & Ordering
1. Are your vapes nicotine-free?
Most of our disposable vapes contain nicotine (up to 5% salt nicotine). Nicotine strength is clearly labeled on each product page.
2. Are Hivoz products safe to use?
All devices are sourced from certified manufacturers and comply with industry safety standards. However, nicotine is an addictive substance and products are intended for adult use only.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at info@hivoz.com. We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once processing begins.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
4. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to U.S. territories or internationally at this time.
5. How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3–6 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. Processing usually takes 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
6. Is adult signature required?
Yes. All orders require adult signature (21+) at delivery due to federal and state regulations. Please have ID ready when receiving your package.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major debit/credit cards and other secure online payment options. All payments are processed securely.
8. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We regularly run promotions like Buy 2 Get 1 Free. Check the homepage or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
🔁 Returns & Support
9. Can I return my vape if I don't like it?
We only accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days. Used/opened disposables are not eligible for return. See our Returns Policy.
10. What if my vape arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll help resolve it quickly.
📦 Legal & Restrictions
11. Can minors purchase from Hivoz.com?
No. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase or use this website. We conduct strict age verification to comply with U.S. laws.
12. Are your products legal in all states?
We comply with federal law and monitor local state restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped to your state, it will be blocked at checkout.
